You are invited to a regular community get-together for women.
This February, we gather to soothe and restore in a 2 hour immersive workshop.
Restorative yoga is a practice of stillness and non-doing. We will explore practices which nourish the body and mind collectively.
What to expect?
* 75 minute restorative practice with gentle postures, nourishing breath-work and meditation
* Yoga nidra to transport you into a deep state of rest
* Journalling
* A chance to share and chat with others in the community
* Tea and snacks
This workshop is open to anyone who identifies as a woman or non-binary and feels comfortable in a space centred around the experience of women. Each one of us deserves to be heard, held and to rest deeply.
